By design, we are a small firm with global reach, allowing us to focus our energies on meeting our Client's needs. LHI is based is Orlando, Florida, with branch offices throughout Europe.
Our team consists of international hotel professionals, who have worked on several continents with international chains and independent hotels, and who speak several languages to better communicate with both Client and Candidate. Being a small firm, our Clients know that searches will not be delegated to junior recruiters. Maintaining the quality of our work is very important to us.
Corporate Philanthropy
We believe that it is important to enhance life in the global communities where we do business. As part of our corporate citizenship, we have joined forces with American Forests in their efforts to strengthen their “Global ReLeaf” program.
LHI has committed to fund this effort of planted trees by donating a fixed dollar amount for every completed search assignment. This is our way of getting involved, one successful placement at a time.
Frederic Elzarki - Owner
Frederic Elzarki has over 30 years of talent acquisition experience. Prior to founding Lotus Hospitality International®, he worked for over nine years as Vice President and Senior Talent Acquisition Officer at a global search firm in Orlando. Frederic obtained his hospitality Masters Degree at the Cornell-Essec University (IMHI ‘83) Paris, France. Raised as the son of a diplomat, he traveled and lived in many countries in Europe, Africa and the Middle East. This has enabled him to speak five languages and experience various cultures and people.
His professional career was with international hotel chains, which eventually brought him to the United States of America in 1986. His talent acquisition experience has focused on senior and operational hospitality positions in the upscale market and handling retainer and exclusive search assignments for select hospitality clients around the globe.
